DUBAI // A fire broke out in the early hours of Saturday in Dubai’s Marina Torch, one of the tallest residential buildings in the world, sending bright yellow flames several stories high, but there were no reports of casualties, civil defense officials said. Hundreds were evacuated from the skyscraper, which is 336.1 metres tall and located in the Marina district of the city.
